Graphics & Images
High-quality visuals are essential to creating a professional website. While graphic design services are not included in this proposal, we offer flexible options to help you get the most out of your site design.
- Client-Supplied Images: If you already have professional photos or graphics, you’re welcome to provide them. We’ll incorporate them into the design as requested.
- Stock Photo Access: As part of our service, you’ll have access to our premium stock library at Envato Elements. During onboarding, we’ll provide clear instructions on how to search the library and send us links to the images you’d like us to use.
- Placeholders Option: If final images are not ready during the design phase, we’ll use professional placeholder images. Once the project is complete and training videos have been delivered, you’ll be able to easily replace them yourself using our simple visual page builder (Elementor).
This flexible system allows you to launch your site without delay while giving you control over your visuals when you’re ready.
3rd Party Software Integrations
If your project requires integration with third-party tools such as email marketing platforms, CRMs, booking systems, advanced forms, or other external software, please note the following:
- Third-party integrations are billed separately based on the complexity and platform(s) involved.
- This includes time spent reviewing documentation, generating embed codes, testing, and ensuring the integration works properly on your site.
- Examples include: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Typeform, Calendly, and more.
We’ll confirm any integration fees during onboarding or once requirements are clarified.
Important Notes:
- We do not provide technical support or troubleshooting for third-party software — that remains the responsibility of the client.
- If a third-party tool requires custom CSS or styling to match your website’s branding, this can be completed at our hourly rate of $100/hour.
- If you require our team to communicate directly with third-party vendors or provide IT-level support, this is billed at $150/hour.
Our role is to assist with smooth implementation, but ultimate control, licensing, and technical issues fall under the responsibility of the client and the software provider.
Training & Login Access
To ensure you’re confident in managing your new website, we provide post-launch training and access details. Here’s what’s included:
- Access Provided Upon Completion:
Your WordPress login credentials and training videos will be delivered after the project is fully paid and marked as complete on Fiverr and once the website has been successfully migrated to your hosting platform. - Basic Training Videos Included:
You’ll receive a set of easy-to-follow tutorials covering:- How to edit text and images
- How to update basic page content using the Elementor visual builder
- Advanced Training (Optional):
If you require more in-depth assistance (e.g., adding new pages, adjusting layouts, managing plugins, or advanced site settings), we offer additional training sessions at $100 per hour.
This ensures you have the tools and knowledge to confidently manage your site while giving you access to professional help if needed.
Minimal Revisions
Please refer to the minimal revisions document sent with your proposal to understand our revision policy in more detail
Scope Creep & Add-Ons
To ensure we stay aligned throughout the project, we kindly ask that all revision requests are submitted with the original project scope in mind.
Please review your proposal or contract before submitting revisions to avoid unintentionally adding new functionality, pages, or third-party tools outside of the agreed scope.
Our Approach:
- We are flexible and will always inform you if something falls outside of scope.
- If you request something that goes beyond the original agreement, we’ll pause and confirm whether you’d like to:
- Approve it as a paid add-on, or
- Add it to our “bucket list” to revisit during the final handoff phase or in a future project.
Minor enhancements or clarifications may be accommodated when possible at no extra charge — our goal is to support your vision while respecting project boundaries.
For larger additions or post-launch features, we’re happy to schedule a follow-up call to quote and plan accordingly.
Platform & Hosting Support
We prioritize using platforms that ensure long-term performance, security, and ease of management for our clients. Here’s how we handle hosting and platform setup:
✅ Preferred Hosting (Recommended – Managed WordPress by GoDaddy)
We recommend a Managed WordPress hosting solution through GoDaddy, which provides:
- Free SSL, CDN integration, and daily backups
- Optimized performance for WordPress sites
- Full ownership and control of your website
- Streamlined support for future updates and scalability
Included at no additional cost:
- We will assist you in purchasing the appropriate hosting plan after your order is placed and we complete our onboarding meeting to gather all project requirements.
- We will also help connect your existing domain or guide you through purchasing a new domain during the onboarding process.
- Complete setup, migration, and domain connection are included with no added fees when using our recommended platform.
⚠️ Using Your Own Hosting Provider
If you have already purchased hosting through a different provider:
- A $125 setup fee will apply to account for the additional time required to review documentation and configure a non-standard hosting environment.
- We will require full access to your hosting account before we can begin the project.
- Please note: we cannot guarantee performance, backups, or security on third-party hosting platforms. Any issues that arise from the server will be your responsibility, and ongoing support for those issues will incur an additional cost.
❌ Unsupported Platforms
We do not support platforms like Wix, Squarespace, or other DIY builders, as they:
- Do not allow full customization or developer-level control
- Typically carry higher long-term monthly fees
- Do not grant full website ownership
- Restrict essential features like custom backups, staging environments, and full code access
Our goal is to build a custom, professional-grade WordPress website that gives you control, performance, and longevity—these DIY platforms are incompatible with that standard.
Timeline & Delivery (Fiverr Only Clients)
We list a 21-day project timeline by default to reduce unnecessary automated emails and extension requests from Fiverr. This approach helps us avoid platform-related delays and ensures a smoother experience for both you and our team.
Important: This does not mean your project will take 21 days.
Most standard websites are completed within 7–10 business days, provided that:
- You respond to all messages and revision requests within 24 hours or less
- All necessary content and decisions are provided in 24 hour or less
For larger or more complex projects (e.g., advanced e-commerce, 20+ pages, custom integrations), timelines may vary — and we’ll clearly communicate this upfront during onboarding.
